I know there are many other places to find information about housing items, but I was having trouble finding everything I wanted to know in one place. Here you should be able to find everything, including what it looks like, where to buy it, or how much status reduction it has. I wanted to include everything from carpenter/crafter made items, to status purchased and quest rewards. If it can be placed in your home, I want to have it listed here.
I am absolutely terrible at writing about myself - there's not much to say. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 5 amazing children: 11 months old (as of this writing) through 17 years. Everquest 2 is my main source of entertainment. I find I can harvest, craft or socialize all while attempting to keep an eye on my house-full of kids. My main toon that I play is Elayine, a level 80 brigand/tailor on the Najena server. I have several alts (including an 80 carpenter), but find I only have time and interest to devote to the one character anymore. I came late to the decorating craze, but was so blown away by all the amazing things I saw people creating that I was soon completely hooked. Not long after, the idea for this site was born. My plan at first was to showcase those amazing creations. I love hearing from visitors to the site: anything from suggestions on how to make it better, items that are missing, or just a little encouragement are all welcome. And if you're posting photos on the Norrathian Homeshow, you just might find a PM or two from asking for permission to use your screenshots here.
