Guild Halls
Guilds of level 30 and above are entitled to purchase a Guild Hall for its members.
With the addition of amenities, Guild Halls are more than just 'fluff'. They can be vital centers of trade and interaction between the members, as well as a bank, broker and crafting instance all rolled into one. And don't forget the transportation! The number of amenities, and infact total number of items, is directly linked to the size of the guild hall though, so some care should be taken when choosing what to purchase.
Tier 1 (T1) halls can be purchased in any major city: Freeport, Qeynos, Neriak, Kelethin and Gorowyn. T2 and T3 halls, however, are only available in Qeynos and Freeport. It should be noted though, that all 'evil' halls share the same architecture, as do all 'good' halls. A guild hall purchased in Neriak will have the same look as one purchased in Freeport or Gorowyn, just as one purchased in Kelthin will look the same as one in Qeynos.

Guild hall access and amenity useage can get a little complicated. Friend, Visitor and Trustee level for the guild hall can be set for each guild rank, via the guild window. Each amenity (that can be interacted with) can then be set to Visitor, Friend or Trustee. You can also assign access levels to individual people through the 'access' tab on the hall door. You may set your mailbox and broker, for instance, to visitor access and allow anyone visiting your hall (member or not) to use them.
