What a wonderful surprise in the patch notes today when we found out that mounts can now be placed in houses (and guild halls) as plushies! Stables seemed to be the first order of business for many of you this morning - send in some of those screenshots, we would love to see them! You will eventually be able to find all of the mounts in the Plushies section (except for the few carpets on the Rugs page), but it's going to take me a while to track down all those screenshots.

In honor of the newest Harry Potter movie this week, Aildyine posted an update to the Hogwarts House. Being a fan myself I had to run over and take a look, and am so glad I did! Each area is a great representation of the places we've come to know so well through the books and movies, with many little touches that are easy to miss the first time through. Favor of Erollisi! For anyone who's crafted the Erollisi Day or Nights of the Dead items recently, you may have noticed some new reactions put in to counter on them. Well, apparenly there are 'Favor of' reactions for them also. The Erollisi one is a beautiful vase of flowers (thanks to Howlingmoon for the link!). Paying plat for a link to whatever you get from the Nights of the Dead!

Stop by Najena Server and visit the Sorrows End Decor Hall in North Qeynos this weekend! Howlingmoon has created a complete furniture showcase in her guild hall. Furniture is arranged by tier, and each section includes a set of books with details on every item. When she says 'everything' she means it - there is at least one of every housing item that you can craft year-round in this fantastic hall.

Also, from today's patch notes: "Scaling on a number of house items from the monthly “moonlight enchantments” live event has been adjusted." This includes the Grassy Square (which now gets considerably larger than it used to), but not the deer plushies (which still look more like toys than actual animals).

There's been some more information about upcoming housing changes. No date yet when the changes will go in, but they're working getting our extra rooms out as soon as possible. Also, courtyards have been added to the 'to do' list. Don't look for them anytime soon, but it's apparently something they want to give us when there's time to work on it! "There's been a lot of posts requesting courtyards so I'm droppin' a line to give our 2c.
We're pretty much convinced we want to build them for y'all - it's just a matter of when. It's not a simple addition, particularly if we were to allow the camera to zoom fully out and have somewhat accurate views (there will likely be some compromise when it comes to wall height/view/camera issues if we can do them) but know that we're adding it to our want-to-do list.
In the short term, the room/item count upgrades are our priority and by comparison, are far far easier so we're starting there. We're knee deep in Expansion and other Live work so we'll see where we are a bit further down the road.
Since it was brought up as well - we haven't locked down a release date for the current additions we're still working on, but we're hoping to have it to y'all as soon as possible!"

Domino has confirmed that housing item limits are indeed going up when the new rooms are added. Still subject to change, but it looks like we will be getting space for an additional 100 items!
