Big News! It's been confirmed (in this post) that ALL player homes will be getting an additional room. One room inns will become two, three room homes will be four, etc. No comment yet on increasing the item count to help us fill up those extra rooms yet though. Also, for you acorn-dwellers - Kelethin homes will be getting windows! They're quite pretty with a view of the trees and city outside (follow the link above for a peek at it). They're also aiming at providing the same translucent windows for Neriak homes. Well done on the windows, Devs! Who do we have to bribe for item count to match the new rooms?

If you haven't been to Greely Manor on the Najena server yet, GO! Wisty has created an amazing story that brings her home to life. The house is so well done that it's impossible in places to determine the original floor plan. The story is well written and so perfectly tied into the architecture and decorating that you can't visit the house without reading along. Be sure to check out her post on the official forums and leave a note after your visit too.

Collections! If you've run all your alts through the Enchanted Grottos this weekend and are still missing some collection pieces, take comfort that it's not too long before they're back again next month. Want to buy some off of the broker, but don't know which collection to finish first? This might help! Each zone has a unique collection to complete with your choice of rewards for both the Dryad and Naiad plushies.

Don't miss the Moonlight Enchantments event this weekend! Scattered throughout Norrath you will some some enchanted mushroom rings that transport you into special instances where you will be rewarded in Elemental Tokens for completing a quick task. These can be redeemed for special (mostly household) items. But aside from all the plants, trees, flowers, coral, shells, plushies, mushrooms and grass, there's also mounts, illusions and flowery headgear!

If the images below aren't enough to entice you in, I'm working on getting all of items added to the Furniture by Faction page today.

Ohh, Moonlight Enchantments (aka Grottos) are expected to appear this weekend. Then around the 20th of each month afterwards. Straight from Domino on the official forums:

"Last month folks on Test server noticed the appearance of some mysterious mushroom rings in various forested areas of Norrath.  These rings are only visible when the phase of the moon is right ... which appears to correspond to the 20th of every Earth month (PST time zone).  Those who wish to investigate where the mushroom rings may take them should therefore keep their eyes open this weekend, and around the 20th of each month in the future! We hope this regularly occurring little mini event will give you something to look forward to each month.  And if you happen to miss it one month, it's not long till the next time the rings appear!"

So put on your running shoes, bring out the alts, and start collecting all those flowery, pretty, crystally goodies that we've been waiting (no-so) patiently for!

I am nowhere near getting through all the new quests in RoK yet, but have a few of the household item rewards to share. The Order of Rime Flames and Order of Rime Barrel are even from repeatable quests in KP, so you can collect all you want. Also note that (so far) these items are all tradeable, so even if you're not high enough in adventure levels to go get them for yourself you may still find a few on the broker.

If you have information on items from the quests I haven't gotten to yet, it can be submitted to elayine@eq2decorators.com. Otherwise, I'll be sure and get the rest of the items added as soon as I find them!

Don't miss the new Lava Crystal that was added to the Sootfoot merchant in Lavastorm yesterday. Supposedly it was 'left off' when the LS revamp was put in. Personally, I think they're just teasing us with a sample of the goodies that will be available in the Grottos "soon".

Game Update today! Monument and Might goes live today with lots of new quests, Kurn's Tower, Research Assistants, player written books, and all your spells have been renamed! If that isn't enough to interest you, add in some new carpenter recipes from Unrest (A History of Exotic Furnishings).

Tinkerfest and the Grotto zones that we were teased with on Test will be 'turned on' at a later date to give us all a chance to explore the new content that went in today (at least that was the plan last I had heard). I must say - I'm torn between wanting it all now, and thankful that there will be time to absorb everything at my own pace.

Player-written Books were also added today, and they're quite pretty! Be sure to check them all out

I'm starting to get quest links working, and am working on getting in-game item links listed for all the objects, sometimes you just have to see it for yourself and a screenshot won't do. Right now, only the Kitchen items are done, but I'm getting there!

I also updated the 'About' page with another block of text or two. =)

Tinkerfest! Check out the newest items available on the Test server in my Tinkerfest Preview. Gears and gizmos, quests, collections - this event has it all. Apparently this will be a once-yearly event (like Frostfell), so when it does go live, don't miss out!
